Purchased a Tagine from Uno Casa to try out some North African recipes. The buying experience went smoothly with the tagine arriving ahead of schedule. The product looks great and is easy to cook with and clean. Very impressed with my pirchase.

I was on a mission to find quality cast iron items for my husband for Christmas. I happened upon Uno Casa’s web site and found exactly what I was looking for. Flat bottom wok and double Dutch oven safe for glass top stoves!

When the products arrived the wok had a broken handle. I immediately contacted Uno Casa’s customer service and after a few photos and documentation, they immediately shipped out a new wok which arrived quickly and in perfect shape and IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS!

I’ve only had a chance to use the lid of the Dutch oven so far. It makes perfect grilled cheese sandwiches for the littles! Crunchy on the outside and creamy cheese on the inside. Doesn’t stick to the lid/pan and clean up was super easy!

Great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. It was a great thing to experience it still exists with Uno Casa! I will be a return customer for sure!

Great company to do business with. I had ordered the Uno Casa Tagine, but didn't know how to obtain the recipes. I emailed them to inquire, they responded, and after providing my order#, they immediately sent me the PDF and that was on Christmas Eve!

Love this product and their customer service! Purchased the pour over coffee pot but filter gave out. Contacted customer service and they shipped a whole item at no cost to me. Would recommend Uno Casa as they stand behind their products.Love Laine and Florence in customer service!!!!

I purchased a cast iron wok with lid seven months ago. It arrived perfectly seasoned and ready to cook. The glass lid has a silicone border that enables using it on pans of several sizes, so I do use it for several other pans as well as the wok.

The wok is a pleasure to cook in and cleans up easily with water and coarse salt.

I am so pleased by my wok that a few days ago I bought another to be shipped to my daughter. I was surprised that she received it the very next day.

Ordered the 10" tortilla press, product was well packaged.
The press is solidly made, not flimsy at all, a little on the heavy side but to be expected with cast iron. Had an issue with the pin, I contacted customer service thru email, response was great, and Uno Casa sent me a brand new tortilla press, in all I received my replacement in about a week.
I would definitely recommend this company and I would buy from them again!!

What can I say? My two experiences buying products from Uno Casa were fantastic. My first purchase was the Dutch Oven and my most recent purchase was the two pan skillet set; they are awesome!

I received great products at a great price and the service from beginning to end was perfect. I look forward to shopping here again.

Love the Uno Casa 8 inch tortilla press! It is cast-iron so heavy to make thin tortillas, easy to clean, and great to work with.
You can make corn tortillas with this tortilla press but also flour tortillas. Super product.

Non responsive customer service. Found a human nail in my dutch oven packaging and they never responded via any channel - email, facebook, messenger.
