Despite having paid the extra £25 per box for weekend delivery UniWiz failed to deliver on our agreed Saturday to my daughter’s university hall when she moved in. They arrived the following Monday when she was too busy attending lectures to unpack. It has now been almost 2 months and UniWiz still has not provided us with an explanation on the failed delivery.
I have been blown away by the service provided at UniWiz. I really struggled to get my uni bits stored over the summer as I don’t have space elsewhere to leave it, but UniWiz were there to save the day! I’ve recently received my stuff back, and couldn’t be more grateful! Will defo be coming back next year.
