Please note: Large import taxes payable
The product seems good but I was charged almost a quarter of the cost again in taxes to receive the delivery, which I was not told about in advance. The product is already expensive and I would not have ordered if I had known this additional cost would be levied.
The dosage also recommends ‘4 drops per application’. This is unrealistic as that is not enough to cover one’s face. So please also note that it is likely that 10-20+ drops are used per application and therefore the product is not likely to last anyway near as long as the website suggests.
On a positive note, the serums smell lovely.

We understand that changes since Brexit can be confusing at first.
When you order from the UK you are now required by law to pay VAT to the carrier/custom at delivery (if order >135£).
You were not charged an extra amount. At checkout it is clearly indicated that you are paying your order without VAT. We also kindly provide an estimate of how much you will be required to pay in taxes before payment so you have all the information you need in advance.
Hope this helps clear up the misunderstanding.
Regarding dosage: The product has been specifically designed for a 2 month treatment and the recommended number of drops is based on scientific analysis showing that one drop covers a quarter of a face perfectly. The serum is very fluid, is quickly absorbed by the skin and should be used in small quantities as it is very effective because it is fresh and composed of pure active ingredients. The dispenser must be properly pressed between thumb and forefinger to deliver the exact amount of product that corresponds to the right dose. With this information, we hope to have helped you to use the dropper better.

I love that the formula is customised
I love that the formula is customised for my skin. In the 2 weeks I have been using it I have already seen a decrease in skin redness. The online system also meant I could find the right skincare product without having to go into a clinic

Beautifully packaged products, my skin already feels better just after a few days of use. I have extremely sensitive skin and I had a couple of questions about my skin and they have been answered. Really helpful team. The products feel so light - I’ll definitely use them again.
