Honesty Upfront
Devin spent all day at our house as we are in the middle of remodeling our home. He had expert advice based on being in the business over 20 years with what would work best. We loved the explanation on the efficiency and how the energy star rated products will help lower the energy costs for our home. He was honest and very knowledgeable on all the products. We can’t wait to see the transformation our home will make !

Replacement Window
The 2 gentleman arrived by 4:15 and were done by 6pm. The install was quick and my window looks better than the original. I appreciate their attention to detail. They took the old one and cleaned the work area up. I was extremely please with the vinyl window caps vs the aluminum ones that were there before. Makes it a much clearer look. Thank you so very much.

Window and door replacements
I had my windows replaced by Universal Windows Direct about a year ago, and was very pleased with the install process and the install team. The windows are good quality and I’ve been enjoying them for a year. Today I had my front door, side, light, sill and storm door replaced by Universal Windows Direct. John Bautz was the crew leader of the team. John and his team did a wonderful job on installation and clean up and making sure I knew everything about the door. They even uninstalled and reinstalled my doorbell for me. The new door and seals very well and looks great. I would recommend Universal Windows Direct for window and door replacements. I would welcome John’s team back for replacements or installations in the future.

Nick was my installer
Nick was my installer. He was very professional. He cleaned up all debris from the install both inside and out. Trim looked perfect inside and out. He finished around 530 pm. During the night there was a huge storm that brought high winds and a lot of rain. My windows are awesome! Kudos to Nick!!
