Had a time critical need for a special rugged fibre cable. Universal Network solved the task, and found a great solution.

It is often the case that suppliers do not rush to return your calls for price and availability on products. This is certainly not the case with this company. I managed to order 2 x 1m 'reels' of MIL-TAC cable when I actually needed 150m reels! It was probably my own fault, but maybe a minor ambiguity on the website contributed to this error. However, due to Alan Wood's very helpful and understanding approach, the problem was successfully overcome.

Eddie always get a quote back very quickly after l have sent the email request, once l have sent over my Purchase Order l always get a clear order confirmation and goods are always delivered when they say they will be and at the correct site.

While I understand you had to get 155 units manufactured and shipped at short notice, delivery "pre-0900 Tuesday" was key. However, at around 1630 on the previous day Thomas had to call me to advise that up to 40 units would be delivered pre-0900, with the rest to be shipped from Wales at 1030 on Tuesday.
Practically, the first 40 units arrived just before 1000 on Tuesday, and the remainder around 1600.

Sales (Thomas) managed my expectations very well, but the logistics let us down.

Very quick to respond and knowledgeable on the parts etc.

Have used Universal Networks for many years now and would highly recommend them. Good products at a competitive price nearly all available from stock, quotes and product information requests are answered on same day with any carriage and lead times clearly shown (other companies take note...)

Can't fault the service from Universal Networks - easy ordering on the website and rapid turnaround of custom fibre lengths. I received a personal email from the company confirming the order within an hour with a scheduled delivery date. Delivered precisely when they said they would. Will definitely use again.
