Great Guy Mark. No fuss, no nonsense, straight talking, just got on and sorted the job without any hard sell. Came as a recommendation from other residents on our residential WhatsApp group of 132 residents. Will definitely use again if I need any other issues sorting.

Super quick. Arrived on the same day to correct a lock that had become misaligned and got very sticky. Needed a lot of force to get the door open. Now door opens smoothly without effort and I'm relieved that I won't end up locked out if the door sticks. Will use again when I need a locksmith.

Needed two locks replacing. Came round on same day, provided advice and discussed options. Came back from workshop within 2 hours with updated locks and extra keys, fitted with no mess. Very happy customer

Mark gave helpful constructive advice over the phone, came same day to measure up and then returned next day to fit our new locks. They had to be ordered due to age of the house and the doors. More than happy to recommend him.

I was impressed with Universal Locksmith's work after I contacted them.
Mark was able to come out the same day, and came across as highly knowledgeable and resourceful in his trade.
He was faced with a tricky situation (a stuck door) and was able to resolve it and complete the job (lock replacement).
I found the price very reasonable as well.
I also liked the little stories and insights he shared while he worked away - clearly someone with a passion for what they do.

The gent who came was very friendly and informative giving some free advice about my property and also explaining why the stonger locks are better and how they work. Very fast and cheaper than some other companies. Overall 10 out of 10 would deffinately reccomend and use again myself in the future!
