Emailed as soon as I had bought to say please cancel after seeing these reviews. It'd been a month and my several hundred quid lights have not arrived. Website now not working. Will try with bank but don't hold out much hope.

Items ordered haven't arrived and their'tracking app' doesn't work. I've emailed Univazo 3 times asking for help, but they don't reply. I'm now asking my credit card company to chase them for me. I think Univazo are scammers and they should not be trusted.

Same as the chap below, I bought a cholesterol tester, but only the main body was in the package, no charger, no finger prick, no instructions, or anything else, it didn't even come in a box, just wrapped in a plastic bag.
Telephone number is disconnected and they haven't replied to any of my emails.
I'm going to get in touch with my bank to see if they can help in any way.

Article was delivered with missing power pack.
Tried phone number on website - it's not recognised.
Univazo did not send the missing item despite my repeated emails requiring this.

Bought a cholesterol testing machine turned out to be faulty!
Numerous emails which some foreign guy answered at the start now completely ignoring me!!!
Avoid this crooks at all costs!

It’s a fraud company. They advertised trimmer and head reduced from £85 to 36. I bought it and they only sent the head. They want me to buy handle separately. They don’t reply and their phone number mentioned on the website is not recognizable. Would report it to action fraud.

Awful company. Claim to be in London but products are from China. Poor quality nothing like the pictures. I asked for a refund due to defects and they expect me to pay to send back to them , then they may consider a refund if it’s not defective ?! Poor if no customer service - avoid!

No refund but received an email from them saying their courier (who Id never heard of ) had delivered it , no card or anything & basically good luck ! Please don’t anyone else fall for this scam !

Please do not deal with this company. They claim to be based in London and deliver only in uk. In reality they are based in china and the London number is not recognised. You have to pay for shipping to china to return an item.
Absolutely awful company who mislead customers. I am reporting them to trading standards

I wish I had read reviews before ordering a car seat cushion which arrived but was nothing like the photo on the website. I tried complaining and was advised to return at my expense to China. It was going to cost more than the piece of rubbish I bought originally cost so it is in the bin and once again, another lesson learnt.

I've only put 1 star, but I would definitely take it back. This company has taken £40, 48 out of my account, and I haven't received any of the goods I ordered!!!
I've tried numerous times to contact them by phone, and have sent email,. Phone number doesn't exist, and they haven't responded to the email... From the other reviews I've now read, I'm not sure if I'm going to receive my goods, or even my money back. UNIVAZO APPEARS TO BE A SCAM COMPANY. You would be well advised NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I'm a pensioner, and I can't afford to be ripped off like this. No one can. What's happening with the the world today. These people need locking up. I'm still waiting and hoping this company will prove me wrong. It's so upsetting...

This is the most awful company. I ordered a fitness watch that was supposed to measure blood glucose as advertised. The item I received does not do this and is useless to me. I purchased as the advertising suggested that they were a UK company. In fact, they are clearly based in China. I have tried emailing and contact forms with no reply. They are clearly not going to do anything about it. AVOID these cowboys at all costs.

Bought a squeejee mop that does not squeeze, inferior quality. I have e-mailed them to complain but do not expect a reply. No returns information.

Avoid buying from this company.

I bought an automatic soap dispenser when it arrived, put in the batteries, and put liquid soap. I put my hand underneath, pump made pump noises but no soap came out tried and tried again I gave up contacted support very quickly a reply came back,to work you must put soap in it,WHAT!!!Nedless to say phone number does not work and no more replies after continuous attempts.

Utterly ridiculous piece of kit. I somehow found 47 pounds missing from my account after browsing for a drilling jig. I went as far as putting it in my basket. I have no recollection of actually purchasing the item. I thought okay ill be able to return it once it comes. Nope. I couldn't get a tmreturn address or even phone number that worked. Eventually I opened the package and it was the cheapest nastiest piece of equity ive ever seen. This company make temu look like Tiffany's. Avoid like the plague

This is a 100% scam company. They present themselves as selling from your local country but they are based in China. I bought an adjustable desk for laptops. The site says it is aluminium capable of holding 20kg but it is cheap plastic, which arrived bent and warped and broken. I immediately asked for a refund and they will only refund if you ship all the way back to China, and only if the item is not damaged. It ARRIVED damaged, and cost of shipping to China is more than the item cost me. It is a total scam company. Do not purchase anything from them.

They sent me the wrong product 500,000mah wasn't a 500,000mah power got a 20,000 instead I went to report it customer service they wasn't helpful they new response to you email but when you report it to there customer on website page they get back to you i told the what went wrong they sent me advertisement instead of resolving the problem they need to retrain there customer service team its got to be the worst service I experienced in my life worst the amazon with lost parcels. And also they didn't give a time of date when it will arrive

Very poor and slow delivery, I've been waiting 4 weeks,no where to leave feedback, I don't think it even exists, would not advise anybody to purchase from this company.
