Terrible customer service
I have spoken to Unity Link customer service 3 times in the last four days and on each of these occasions I was promised actions that were never completed. On top of that it took me multiple attempts to get through to an advisor. Chat service doesn't work via the App or online.

UnityLink is progressively getting…
UnityLink is progressively getting worse. Every transaction i do it is held for review and delayed several hours. Yesterday Saturday i made a transaction at around 5.30 and now Sunday 1.40. Uk time it has still not been sent. I have rung and rung several times complained and emailed and all i get told they are looking into. Shall not be using this company again until they do what they advertise they do. Certainly not 24/7 and live chat emails and complaints don’t work

It’s been great. Just that when I have to send money to a bank account, the branch doesn’t pop up. It keeps saying branch not available, although I know the branch is available. It didn’t use to be like that.

2 hours to clear transaction after 5 calls 2 answered and 3 dropped calls whilst on the phone over 5 minutes. Only good thing is the exchange rate.
