Worst experience of my life. Extremely unprofessional customer service. Could not give a legitimate payment method. Used my belongings as ransom to require me to sign a fraud waver with my bank in order to make payments using flagged methods. They added thousands of dollars to my original quote once they had my deposit and I was locked in. Movers cracked and damaged tiles during pick up to which they said the damages were not covered. On top of this multiple of my belongings were damaged during transport. I strongly recommend to anyone reading DO NOT use this company for your move!!!

Okay, so our software company just did a huge office move from Boston all the way to Seattle, and I was basically the guy in charge of making sure all our super critical IT stuff – servers, networking gear, all our old archived documents – got there in one piece. But then United Prime Van Lines stepped in, and seriously, they were phenomenal. From the moment they showed up in Boston, you could tell these weren't just regular movers; they were like IT logistics experts. They had these special containers for the servers, and they packed all our documents so securely, I wasn't worried about a single file. They totally understood how sensitive this equipment was. The whole team was incredibly efficient, but also super careful. They moved everything with such precision, it was almost artistic. I submitted a written cancellation and was later told they’d be keeping 50% of my deposit per their contract. When I made a Google review based on my experience, they refused to issue any refund at all unless I removed it and signed a release form.

Even after taking the review down in good faith, they still withheld my money and continued to harass me with calls and texts — including about my BBB complaint. When I asked for communication in writing only, a sales manager told me she was “allowed” to keep calling.
