I would have given no stars if possible paid £30.00 in July , told delivery date September waited until 15th tried to get in touch no website to complain to , I’ve got the receipt but it means going through the bank and fraud again to get money back , please don’t fall for this scam , it’s taught me to always look into the company and not take people seriously

Complete scam.....I had to go through my bank to get my money back but I did bunch of thieving cnuts...lets hope they and all they love get cancer the fcuks

Ordered and waited. I messaged them and told i wasn't in for delivery. They said they would personally handle the order but im still waiting. No replies at all from them and the website is down. I think they changed names and baiting more people from Facebook called vinyluxe.

I ordered panels in July and got a email saying they had been delivered to someone in cholchester I live in Leicester I emailed them and got a reply saying that fedex had messed up and that my panels are on the way, that was beginning of July now they’re not replying to any emails.
It’s a SCAM STAY AWAY FROM IT !!!

stay well away from this company ! placed order 10th june never received a thing ,emailed them many times had one reply saying order was dispatched lol to a different country rang delivery people who knew nothing about the order or tracking number i was given ,scam ripping people off !

Ripped off, no communication, no delivery, no items.

We ordered panels, no delivery in 3 weeks, then said they had been delivered. But they have tried to take multiple payments from the bank in the last week, blocked 🚫 by the bank. Don't not get scammed by these

Would have given no star if it was an option. Ordered panels that never arrived. Tracking number given was in a different country. Had to get refund via credit card company. Avoid

Absolute scam, emailed twice no response

Total scam , tracking info says delivered to fedex and has not moved from there for weeks . When I email unitedpanels no reply and cannot contact fedex as I am not the sender

Yeah scam company. Do not reply to emails, however they did refund me the full amount. Now have a subscription from RK-AI!!!@

Ordered mine 11 July still says processing? 18 July going to have to claim my money back as they do not reply to emails shocking don’t be ripped off by these people I read reviews from untied panels but not united panels . Store !!

Not sure if they are US, UK or Europe...probably Nigeria?! No PayPal so red flag 1.🚩 No trust pilot page but been open since 1987, red flag 2.🚩 Items priced at 1/6 (a sixth) of the cheapest found elsewhere AND free delivery...there's number 3.🚩 Someone prove me wrong.
