Still reporting delinquent after payoff & refinancing!!!

I am a previous customer of United Auto Credit Corporation. During the time UACC serviced the loan the company was exceedingly aggressive and demanding. I experienced a temporary financial setback and the company would not work with me. They were overwhelmingly harassing. I refinanced my auto loan with another bank and pulled away from UACC. UACC is still reporting the loan as delinquent. However, they no longer service my auto loan. I have disputed this with them, as my credit score has dropped 59 points. They are not taking accountability for reporting to the credit bureaus. They also have not corrected the erroneous error. This has been the most infuriating company to partner with. It has had a negative affect on my credit. I do not recommend United Auto Credit to anyone.

They'll lie, then repo your car with no notice

Was sold a lemon & immediately made them aware the day the motor blew, which happened to be 2 days after I made my first car payment. I spoke to a mngr, Susan. who was very empathetic & apologetic. I said I want going to make any more payments until I get the car back. She understood, she confirmed, no payments, no late fees, no accrued interest, I just had to share all contract with dealership trying to rectify the situation, and anyone involved in the process, which I did. That in itself was very time consuming and stressful. Anything & everything they asked for, I gave them. They checked in with me periodically and each phone call I had to explain the entire story over again and again, even tho they "noted my account". They told me to let them know when I pick up the car. 3 months later, I told them I had it in my possession and all of a sudden they informed me I was 3 payments behind, with late fees and extra interest and wanted to know how I was going to pay it. WHAT?!?!? THEY STARTED HARASSING ME SEVERAL TIMES A DAY!!! NON STOP!!!A new person every call, and getting the original manager on the line was a joke. I got so sick of everything, a week after having the car in my possession, I told them I'm not talking to just anyone anymore. I want 1 contact. I want a name & direct number of someone in management with authority to make decisions. I told them I won't be discussing anything further until this happened. The next morning at 10:30am the tow truck driver told me the car was put in for repossession. Now, nothing that I did wrong....I have a repo on my credit, late pays, interest is a joke, payment owed to date is so much more then the loan I took out.... And I was left car less, bad credit, repo, and no one told me anything or gave me a heads up. I guess I pissed off the wrong person. I was kind, cooperated, and became the victim. I'm still struggling with out a vehicle and can't get financed for nothing. I lost my job, cuz I lost the car, I basically lost almost everything all due to a shady dealership and a lying finance company. This is crazy how I was treated. Even after proving everything to them. I'm still in shock and still struggling due to this mishap.... Get EVERYTHING in writing if you deal with them. They act so agreeable at first, then stick it to you. Beware!
