Fantastic Support!
Bought a USB-C HUB which did not agree with my screen resolution, which i expected it to do since it where to support 4K resolution on dual screens, and i am only running one display. Unisynk are to replace the one i bought with a new without any further discussions.

Very nice design on 6in1 hub, been using one for 3 months when ethernet jack stopped working. I e-mail'ed, customer service, got direct help with reinstalling drivers, but in the end needed to be replaced suspecting manufacturing error. Shows that company cares for their products, it is still small handcrafted manufacturer, and errors happen, but they take responsibility, and it's beautiful both in marketing and design.

Super support, had a usb-c-hub with a broken cable, told them i opened it up, and asked for a new cable.

They actually send new cable for free, wonderful service.

Unisynk: you fix yourself, great here is a free sparepart!
Other companies: you f**ked up, broke the product.

Always nice to get connected with a competent rep, assisted with fresh firmware upgrade on their USB hub that solved my problems (new laptop was quirky with hub). Product appears rock solid so far, great specs and with proper Swedish engineering/support.

The reply from the support (Gustaf) was excellent.

I have also seen the quality of their products, and it is really good.

I do hope they can come up with a USB-C Docking solution using e.g. InstantView. E.g.

- Able to power two separate laptops (USB-C).

- At least 4-5 USB peripherals

- At least 2-3 display connectors, e.g. using DisplayPort OR HDMI.

*** Where each of these can be allocated to a laptop, e.g. Button_1 assigns all connected devices to laptop-1, and Button_2 assigns all devices to laptop-2 and Button 3 and Button 4 can be configured on a need basis.

The support team was as good as one can get in the given circumstances. Quick to reply, helpful, and even though my original issue wasn't resolved, it was completely out of their hands and the problem ended up being with a rare incompatibility issue between external screen and the hub.

Very good service from Unisynk, even after 4 years when you ask for a new magnet or some other parts for the magnetic car holder.

Sounds great but hefty price for the smallest hub compared to other manufactures with the same specs

Bought a Unisynk 10 Port Dual Display USB-C hub. The pass-through charger seemed to not work. I sent in a support request and got help within 20 minutes. Turned out that I had not read the text on the connections of the Hub and connected my USB-C charger to the wrong USB-c port. Awesome, experienced and quick help from support.
Have used the Hub some time now for my dual screens as I work with professional online training. Works flawlessly. Great product quality, sturdy metal chassi. Gets a bit warm but I use all ports on the Hub. Im a very satisfied customer

got problems with my cable. send mail received a new cable in 1 week.
had had it a little more than a year. they have a 5 year warranty and they really keep it.
recommend buying from them !!
