My experience with unison was excellent because I worked with Carlos Argueta. Carlos answered all my questions, he was very patient, and helped me every step through the entire process. I highly suggest to request for Carlos. I’m very grateful for this equity service at unison being that there are no monthly payments, it is a huge help!

The first person I worked with was not helpful. In fact, gave me incorrect information. Months later, Catina reached out and patiently explained the process and the terms, which resulted in a successful sale and resolution. I rate Catina 5 out of 5. Thank you.

This program met our current needs perfectly and the process was handled quickly and seamlessly by our rep Tanner. He took a lot of time to measure we understood the pros and cons of the program for our situation, what our options were, and how the process would work. He also kept us updated throughout the process. I compared Unison’s offer and terms with those of the other available HEI companies and Unison’s was far and away the better deal for me. Loan funded very quickly.

Austin Jerrel Peralta was always ready to actually work and get things done while being very prompt. I did not get my refinancing company to comply but without Austin’s help it would have taken weeks later to get answers. He made all parties work and talk together. Best experience dealing with refinance. She was alway there to answer questions when needed

this is a great company. My transaction with this group was not easy , it involved having some Title work that was rather complicated and other aspects of my financial situation. Nevertheless, my loan officer, Carlos, was simply outstanding. I had calls back from him within 10 minutes any time that I had a question, and more importantly than that, he answered email with some of my stupid questions within 15 minutes every time. I highly recommend these guys, their offer was excellent, and everything was clear as a bell in terms of the financial structure as we went forward. It also was done in about 14 days with no hold ups from anybody. Call Carlos, you will be happy.

This company engages in unfair and predatory practices. When attempting to pay off the loan:
Agreed-upon and confirmed appointments go unattended.
Payoff amounts are submitted and then retracted.
Administrative costs are added to appraisal fees.
There is no way to call a company representative directly.
Emails to the company often bounce.

Beware, this is not a reputable company.

Three things are noteworthy:
The response does not even mention the payoff amount given, then rescinded.
Regarding email "character limitations," the emails were one sentence. I have a dozen "bonc4e' notices indicating that.
Their appraisals seem to be a scam. They tell you that you can get an approved appraiser and give you names. But none of them will contract with you directly. They all tell you that you have to go through Unison, which requires an additional $250 fee. Also interesting is that initial appraisals are unusually low and boutout appraisals are very high.

Jim was great to work with. He was calm, patient, and always took the time to answer my questions without making anything feel stressful. He made the whole process feel a lot easier, and the transaction moved quickly from start to finish. Really appreciate his help throughout.

Brandon provided accurate and complete information, didn’t try to give us a hard sell, and established himself as a very trustworthy person. I could ask him targeted questions and get simple, straightforward answers.
