I was scammed buy this site, i ordered here 3 items ( 1 lenovo sh1 headfone, asus 6z back cover, asus 6z tempered glass) on 28 April 2024 , then within one week my one odered item ( glass) cancelled due to non availability, then after one month on may 27 2024 i received a parcel. In parcel label the mantioned 2 item inside ( head fone & back cover) but when i opened it i got only back cover. I scammed buy this site, its almost one year passed and i have had may times email to them with unboxing video proof for refund my money or deliver the missing item but the customer support is very bad . Dont buy any item from this site

Not much when it comes to customer support or tracking details of your shipment it just reaches you in 3-4 weeks.
Items shown on the website are mostly out of stock and they don't update the stocks one of my order for cancelled and refunded after 10 days of placing the order and it's still shown on the website as available.

I recently had a very disappointing experience with UniqueBud, and I feel compelled to share it to warn potential customers. Here’s a detailed account of what happened:

I placed an order (Order Number: 25879) with UniqueBud on 18 March 2024 for two shaving heads for the Braun 3 Series Electric Shaver Cutter Head. Despite the initial promise, my experience quickly turned sour.

Firstly, the order was partially fulfilled. I received only one of the two items on 23 April 2024. Upon inquiring about the missing item, I was informed on 24 April 2024 that the order was split due to availability issues and that the remaining item would be delivered soon. This was already frustrating, but I decided to wait.

Since then, I have sent numerous emails to UniqueBud’s support team. However, their response has been extremely disappointing. They either do not respond at all or send a standard, automated reply that doesn’t address the issue. Despite clearly mentioning my order number in every email (including the subject line), their response always asks for the order number and query details again, suggesting they don’t even read the emails properly.

Here are my conclusions based on this experience:

Incomplete Order Fulfillment: UniqueBud failed to fulfill my order completely.

Non-Existent Customer Support: Their customer support is practically non-existent and extremely frustrating to deal with.

I want to warn other potential customers to be very cautious when placing an order with UniqueBud. Based on my experience, placing an order with them is a significant risk. I have lost Rs. 1087 due to their non-supply of the ordered item, and I do not want others to go through the same hassle and loss.
