A multitude of people are waiting for their payouts. I have received messages from around 10 people confirming that they are desperately waiting for their payouts, in vain. I, myself, have been waiting for over 40 days. They keep saying it’s still pending. We should file a collective complaint with the relevant authorities to make ourselves heard.

Dear UWM,

I have had an excellent trading experience with your platform, and I am very satisfied with the trading conditions. However, I am facing an issue that needs to be addressed.

On June 21st, I requested a payout, and the process initially went smoothly. However, it has now been over 10 days (7 working days), and I have yet to receive my funds. I have contacted the support team multiple times. They keep telling me they are working on it and that I would receive an email from the payment team, but I have not received any such communication. I have confirmed that my KYC is correct and verified my risk profile, with the maximum risk per trade being 1%.

I kindly request that you proceed with my withdrawal of $11,912.00 as soon as possible. If the withdrawal is processed this week, I will be happy to provide a 5-star review. Please contact me trough mail so I can proceed with taking legal action against the LLC in Sarjah. Thank you.

during the migration server from gooey trade to match trade, my account has a problem. but it all takes one email to resolve by the support team, especially the account manager.

This company has good support but no payouts from them, I already have two payouts approved 2months waiting and still nothing just approved.So guys uwm doesn’t pay stay away for them,they kicked me from discord but they can’t stop us here from trustpilot.Don’t buy this propfirm a lot of work to go live and didn’t pays soo stay away from them.We need all together to shutdown these scammers

They are scamming instead of closing down. They continue to advertise and take challenge fees. I'm owed 2 payouts total of 5k for 3 weeks now. When i asked politely in discord why i haven't received my payout i was immediately banned from discord and they stopped replying to my emails. I've sent 8 emails now without reply. I asked a trader friend of mine to go into the UWM discord and ask what is happenning with payouts. The UWM mod said (We are paying out, it's just that nobody is posting payouts in the payout section as we can't force them.) When my friend mentioned how i was waiting for my payout and how they weren't responding to my emails he was banned too just for asking the question. I can't find words to decribe how Evil this firm is, it is truly disturbing and I will do everything in my power to make sure that UWM is brought to justice.

It was already an interesting and good plateform from the start but got even better with the new plateform matchtrade.
Good offers and price is correct.

What more to ask

Never got my payouts.
It’s been months now and I have two approved payout that I never received.
They claim on discord no payout delays and if someone complains about it they just ban you straight away.
Don’t be fooled by those clowns

They don't payout after many emailed sent. I think them run away for safe. I have emailed many times and waited over 100 days to receive anything from them.

Again m complaining about my payout..today is the 15th day of my payout request submitted..from then my payout request in que..and from last week support team not giving me answer back..i have tried to contact abdul,mishal,daniel..no one is giving me answer back..and also they blocked me in discord channel..so I can't reach themm..so if uwm support team see my review please reply me back..and im kindly request about my payout..🙏

They don't pay traders!

First, i had a payout request issue for 2 months. I could request a payout on 2024-07-30. It was approved, since then, nothing. They banned me from discord, don't reply to emails. I've been waiting for my paoyut for 3 months, so you guys could imagine that i won't receive it. 5300$, still pending. Please don't buy a challenge at this firm just because they are cheaper than others. THEY WON'T PAY!

there was a dashboard error situation which messed up all accounts i made profit on my live account and was satisfied to just leave it but with my luck the new dashboard came, i was promised to keep my profits took longer than a month to get an account back and i say an account as it was a fresh account no profits so what was the point in making profits if i knew about it resetting accounts i wouldn’t of bought it in the first place no point selling accounts to customers that dont work properly at the time! for screenshot proof add me on discord and they kicked me from there server (leon.115)

First off, Trustpilot, this is not a fake review so please don’t delete it. I have had minor issues leading up to payout, but after processing my payout it fell apart. First off, I have now been kicked from their discord 3 times, 2 times for saying something positive and 1 time for asking about payout update. I processed my payout on Aug 7th, then got approved on the 12th after a couple emails of why there is a delay. Now, it’s been 8 business days and nothing. One representative says there’s a backlog, one says it “could be” in verification but no definitive answer. My payout is $16k as I will post below of the date and amount. There have been at least 10 ppl complaining about waiting a month in their discord for payouts, ppl can’t get their contracts, let alone their next phase to start. I would hope I get to see my payout but as they like to kick ppl who ask about payouts (I know several ppl that have) I feel it’s not coming. I really hope I’m wrong and will update if it comes. Just seems that UWM is falling apart at the moment and I don’t believe will be around much longer unless they just keep taking account start up money.

I hate to say it, but even tho I read the 1 star review I kept trading with them but they owe me more than 12 000$ usd and they banned me from discord and suspended all of my accounts because I was trading with one of my friend. (no reason) They are the worst company and I can't wait to see Sandro in person when he comes back to mtl to show him my trading history and i'll bet you he'll pay me with what I have to say

THAT'S FALSE I received 3 payouts: 2500 usd 1000 usd and 1000 usd. that's 5000$ not 10k. And even tho I was trading with my friend physically next to each other HE and I were trading completely each on our own account different instrument. We were not reverse trading, we were not copytrading, he was trading gold and I was trading nasdaq and btc and sometime gold (on the same direction if ever). You didn't pay me the 12k$ you owe be PLUS you closed my 600k total funding account (2x 200k 1x 100k and 2x 50k) You guys are scamming people and that's it. AVOID UWM AT ALL COST

and my payout Request is approved Since last 2 weeks

but unfortunately i did not Received yet my payout ..?

please check how long time it will take to processed my payout request..?

Mishal at UWM was extremely patient with me and helped me out very quickly with my issue. I am totally satisfied by their service.

First of all, I had a funded account that I started trading at the beginning of June with a code to withdraw 2 weeks after the first trade. Once the 2 weeks had elapsed, I couldn't make my request because the withdrawal option didn't exist. I wrote to them but nothing helped. It was after 1 and a half months and after many unanswered emails that I saw the withdrawal option available on my dashboard.
once the option was presented on tuesday, i made the withdrawal request by crypto (TRC 20). Today I receive a message in my dashborad telling me that my withdrawal has been made but I haven't received any amount in my Binance account.
I wrote to ask them to send me the hush number so that I could see the status of the transaction, but I've received no reply. Since then, I've been sending emails to their support department but with no reply.
i would like to inform you that this propfirm is not a good propfirm and that it is not serious. Today it is impossible to write them an email on the chat and even by email nobody answers. I wouldn't be surprised if this propfirm closed down for economic reasons.
in any case do not go on this p[ropfirm and I have all the proof by email of what I advance.
dont pay any challenge with this propfirm because they not serious
