Terrible company! I have already left comments at least 2 years ago about the slow service but today my complaint is about billing! I received today a “reminder” for a 366CHF invoice. I was surprised because we have not been back since our last bad experience. On closer examination, not only is this reminder for an invoice I never received but it is for services which occurred 2 years ago. And I am being charge for delays! After 1 year, private insurances won’t reimburse. But on the phone the company says that they have 5 years to bill. For sure everyone should stay away from the horrendously managed company. I can’t believe they still in business
I went for a blood test at Unilab in Kista, Stockholm. The staff member named Laleh was very rude and communicated poorly with patients. The blood draw was very painful, and I got a bruise and swelling afterward. My whole arm hurt for the rest of the day. I will never go back there again.
My gastroenterologist requested blood tests on July 1 and sent it directly to Unilabs. On July 4 I did the blood draw in Lausanne branch. On July 8 I received the invoice from Unilabs for testing, but after reviewing it I realised that they did the tests that were requested in January by my GP and were completed at that time. I requested Unilabs immediately in writing about the status of the test for gastroenterologist but it has been ignored. In a few days I have an appointment with gastroenterologist to discuss test results (tumour markers) but don’t have any information from Unilabs.
Unilabs in the Netherlands: shitcompany! Almost impossible to skedule an appointment via the internet!
