Embroidery poor quality. Items shrink
The embroidery was really poor quality. And had not been complete. I spent an hour picking out plastic that had not been removed and tidying it up.
The hoodies shrink!! We have to go 2 sizes up!

Hello Simon, really upset to hear this review about our embroidery as all our orders are checked completely before sending out. Having checked your order I can see that you have ordered a fleece. When we embroider on to our fleeces we use something called a 'topping'. This is to prevent the stitches being lost in the thicker material. Along with all our orders we include a 'Thank You' card; on the back of this card are our care instructions which state about the fleeces and what you need to do to them when they arrive. All that is needed is a simple wash and then 'topping' will dissolve leaving the finished embroidery.
Also disappointed to hear that the 'hoodies shrink'. We sell thousands of these hoodies and this is the first feedback we have heard about them shrinking. Are you able to provide some more information about this. You appear to have only order the 9/11 and the 12/13 which is the next size up and not two sizes up.
