A powerful shift—from QA mindset to design-led consulting

I’ve worked as a QA lead for years, so entering the world of UX and design consulting was never something I thought was “for me.” But being part of Unicorn Designer Hub since its early days changed that completely.

What stood out most was how approachable and practical the entire experience felt. Santhosh’s mentorship doesn’t just teach design, it teaches how to think differently. How to listen better, frame problems clearly, and start building the mindset of a consultant. I’ve begun to see how my QA background can add real value in this space.

I’m still learning & growing but I now have a clear path. I’ve started exploring how to lead workshops, understand strategy, and shape ideas that resonate with clients. This isn’t just a course. It’s a shift in how you see your role and what’s possible ahead.
