Best decision I’ve ever made was switching from tampons to the Unicorn Disc.
I’ve tried cups before, however they never worked for me and I found them very uncomfortable. The disc is easy to insert due to the amazing design and super soft silicone, I can’t feel it at all, and I only have to deal with my period a few times a day after bleeding through 4-6 super plus tampons per day.

If I recommend making any kind of eco swap, this is it!

As an adenomyosis girlie I was back and fourth about getting a disc or a cup. I decided on the disc as I doesn’t have the suction element and I couldn’t be happier!! Zero leaks and cannot feel a single thing when in.
I have been updating my friends through my period about how it holds up as they are interested and think I have convinced them.
So happy with the element of helping environment, getting rid of toxic things like tampons, and overall having happier and better period health!

Honestly can’t rave about these products enough! Since finding Julie on Tiktok i have to say she has changed my life with her amazing products! I am a girlie with a very heavy period to the point I would have to set an alarm every 2-3hrs to get up and change in the night and even then i would leak on my sheets! Fast forward to using unicorn cup and more recently the disc as well I can confirm they are brilliant! So easy to use and so comfortable when in correctly you can’t feel it! Even on
at the very end of my period it’s still as comfortable as day 1…I can go about my day looking after my mum as her carer going to many hospital appointments which sometimes can be hours long and not have to worry about running to the nearest bathroom every hour to change my tampon! Having the security of an amazing product gives you the comfort knowing you won’t leak And also having Julie there to answer any questions is a god send she’s so passionate and well educated she makes you feel so at ease nothings too much bother! I’ve been using them nearly a year and wouldn’t go back! Highly recommend!

Using this menstrual cup has been a complete game changer for me. As a sporty and outdoorsy person I have found using this product so unbelievably relieving of my period symptoms. I first decided to buy the Unicorn Period Cup after seeing Julie (the founder) on TikTok. You can instantly tell how passionate Julie is about helping women make their periods easier to manage and better for our bodies. Honestly, the communication, advice and support from Julie is second to none.
I first purchased the Unicorn Cup fully determined for it to change my life, dramatic, I know 😂 I persevered for around 6 months and, although I found the cup easy to insert, remove and really comfortable to wear, I struggled to get it to stay in place and experienced quite a bit of leaking. This was 100% due to my anatomy and absolutely nothing to do with the cup itself.
Throughout all of this, Julie was amazing with advice, support and troubleshooting tips. After 6 months, she suggested I try the Unicorn Disk, which was relatively new to Unicorn Body at the time, and wow, what a difference! I’ve now been using the disk for 3 months and it works SO much better for me.
At first these products can feel a little daunting to use, but I trusted Julie’s advice and watched loads of her TikTok videos, which are incredibly informative and reassuring.
I absolutely love the Unicorn Disk! It’s so comfortable and surprisingly easy to insert and remove. I actually practiced using it before my period started just to get familiar with it, which made using it properly for the first time much easier.
I also have a really heavy period on days 2 and 3, then it disappears for a day and randomly comes back again 🙃 I used to hate wearing products “just in case.” Tampax felt horrible to use when I wasn’t actively bleeding and pads always felt a bit grim to wear unnecessarily. The Unicorn Disk is completely different, I can wear it comfortably and forget it’s even there. Oh I should also add, there is NO period smell!!!
If you’re on the fence about trying any of Julie’s amazing products the disk or the cup, take the leap and buy one. I was determined to love these products and honestly, it wasn’t hard. They truly are amazing!

Life changing product, no more messy products needing changed constantly, no more worry about leaking or smelling. It was really easy to use, instructions were clear. As well as the product being brilliant, I learned a lot from Julie watching her educational videos, she also checked in on how I was getting on with the product. These menstrual cups are just fantastic, I'd never used one before and was nervous that they wouldn't fit but it's been fantastic and now it's all I use, easy to insert, easy to clean and store - highly recommend

Gave the unicorn cups a try for the first time in January and haven’t looked back! The convenience, ease and value for money of these products are unrivalled.

I previously used tampons which I always found uncomfortable and had problems with positioning, leakage and remembering to pack them in the morning for work! I didn’t even consider a cup until I spoke to Julie who was very knowledgeable and encouraged me to give it a go. I’m so glad I did because honestly they are the easiest, convenient and comfortable period product I have used. The fact that I can pop it in at the start of the day and have a full day ay work, the gym, running errands etc and not have to worry about changing once is fantastic. I have encouraged all my friends to try them and honestly would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely excellent products. I’ve been using the discs, my period is extremely heavy and they work brilliantly. My cervix is high and I find these discs work better for me because of that. I don’t even notice I’m on my period when wearing them! Even better that this is a Scottish owned company, excellent customer service from the owner too who is super helpful with any queries. Just finished my first period using the Unicorn Disc and oh my goodness it is an absolute game changer!
I was on the contraceptive pill for nearly ten years (with no periods during this time at all!) and the thought of coming off the pill and having periods again terrified me.
I came across Julie and her brand on TikTok, and seeing how passionate she was gave me the motivation to come off of the pill and start using her products.
I tried the cups first, however I found that it didn’t suit my anatomy but Julie was so helpful and supportive in comment sections, lives and direct messages and sent me out some discs to try.
I didn’t know much about discs and was initially apprehensive, but the first time I used it I was blown away at how easy it was to insert and how comfortable it is.
I can suffer with sensory issues and have always hated the feeling of pads and tampons but the disc is unbelievably discreet. At times, I genuinely forgot that I was on my period (even with a heavy flow) as I could not feel it at all!
The products make menstruation so much easier due to the fact that they can be worn for up to 12 hours and are reusable. For the first time, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or conscious of my period.
Julie has made an absolutely incredible brand and it is clear that she has such a passion for women’s health. I couldn’t recommend her brand and products more!

I met the owner of the company, and she told me so many things about their cups. To be honest, at the beginning I was quite sceptical, however after the first time using it, I was positively surprised. It was a bit tricky at the start, but after the second time it was great!

I used to get infections after every period, probably due to using tampons, but now that problem is gone. I’ve been using cups for a couple of months now, and there is no way I will go back to pads or tampons. I just wish I had discovered cups sooner!

Also, the last time I tried discs—OMG! I think this is my new favourite. Honestly, I couldn’t recommend them enough. Both cups and discs are absolutely life-changing.

It is a bit tricky to figure out at first, I won’t lie, but the website has loads of helpful videos and I found some really useful tips from other users too.

I got this for free through UWS so I was a bit sceptical. I ended up trying it when I got caught short and was uncomfortable using a tampon. After a bit of trial and error (I was 100% treating it like a tampon at first… don’t do that), I got it in properly and just carried on with my day.

When I changed it later there was no leaking at all, and barely anything in it, so I definitely didn’t need to change it when I did—but you live and learn.

Getting it back in took a bit of effort, but that’s on me getting used to it rather than the product. Once it’s in right, it’s honestly really comfortable. The tail kind of lets you know if it’s not sitting properly—I can feel it slightly, but it’s not uncomfortable, just noticeable.

It’s way more comfortable than tampons for me. I usually get pretty bad cramps with tampons, but I’ve had none of that with the Unicorn Cup.

Already recommended it to my sister and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about trying one.

After years of heavy periods I decided last year to switch to using a menstrual cup, which was the best decision ever as I find these so much better than the traditional sanitary products. This year I decided to switch period cup brands and I bought from Unicorn cup. Absolutely amazing product. Zero leakage and holds so much! I was really happy with my previous cup but this brand is just so much better. You can really tell that these cups have been researched and developed properly because the product is just so great. Definitely recommend!!!

I sat on the fence about getting unicorn cups for a good while eventually plucked the courage to get them after being on Julie’s live on TikTok for a couple of hours. It really educated me and I purchased some. I really wish I done it sooner because they are amazing!!! Best thing! Every female should know about these and give them a go. These are an absolute life saver. I Tried the smaller size first, but was definitely better suited to the larger (which is included in the twin pack) . I have used different store brand cups before and all state to use the smaller size if you are under thirty or haven’t given birth which isn’t the case. Something I didn’t know before using unicorn cups. Julie has been so helpful throughout the whole process. 10000% recommend. 🦄

I have to say this is the first time I’ve ever swayed from the comfort of my tampons, and I have never looked back. My cervix is very low and my periods are just never straight forward. I ordered the cup about 6 months ago and I’m no longer anxious about my upcoming period! I lift weights at the gym (squats etc) so leaks are a big thing for me, I had an occasional leak with tampons but with the cup it’s like I’m not even on my period! And the creator of the cup? My god! She is incredible! The customer service is unmatched. Nothing I’ve ever came across before, you can really tell how passionate she is about her products and it shows in the manufacturing! I’ve just received my Disc which I am so excited to try! The quality of the material of these products are superior to anything else you can buy. Cannot believe I didn't get sooner, no mess no leaks no smell no irritation less changes feeling cleaner in general saving so much money too, girls in schools need to learn about this as it relieves all the issues you'd face with a period and the tick tock lives are really informative and helpful when getting started
