STAY AWAY. THEY'RE SCAMMERS.
If it looks to good to be true it usually is.
I emailed them after 2 weeks asking where the tracking info was. They then sent me a tracking number that was in Florida. I'm in Washington. My intuition told me it's a scam right then. Then they told me that my order ran out of stock and I needed to wait for my new order. I told them I didn't want an order from them anymore. Also...if they're out of stock, how can they send out my order? Makes no sense at all. I asked for a refund. They then told me no, because they sent out a new order. Then I asked for the new order tracking number and they never responded. That was 5 days ago. Currently asking my credit card for a dispute because this is pure fraud. I'm also reporting them to every place I can.

I ordered the contacts 11/19/2022 and then I emailed them 11/19/2022 to cancel my order and receive a refund.
They ignored my email, and sent the package the next day. Then, they said, "I'm sorry that you took too long to cancel the order." Excuse me?!? They take zero accountability and they are liars.
They said that they won't send me the refund, even though I followed the procedures on their website.
Never purchase from these people.

UNICOLENS.COM is the worst company that I have ever delt with. They don’t even follow their own terms of service much less know what their own terms of service is. They will lie to you they will try and steal your money if you are not diligent about getting it back. Thanks to PayPal I was able to get my money back. Find you another company to do business with.

Contacts never arrived.

This company have taken 30 pounds from me for 2 sets of colour lenses, this was in march, its now November and nothing!!!! I've contacted several times, and each time they tell me their on their way!!! Total scam!!!!!

I ordered 2 pairs and they still aren’t here or shipped after 18 days, it takes way too long!
