The software was used by my university
The software was used by my university, and claimed that I had plagiarized 31% of a paper. I wrote my paper from scratch, and even demonstrated to my teacher where I found my information and how it was dissimilar from the wording of my paper. This is the only plagiarism checker that checks against the web and gave a false positive on the same paper. It claims to be free for students but it isn't unless your teacher sets up an account for you. As more papers get put into their system and online there is a greater and greater chance that it will falsely accuse of plagiarism.

There are several reasons why plagiarism may be detected in the paper, even if it was written from scratch.
First of all, it happens when a student cites the paper in a wrong way or doesn’t rewrite the information taken from another source in his/her own words. If the text is properly cited and all the sources are formatted correctly, it is unlikely that plagiarism will be detected in your paper. Some educational accounts also have the Student Precheck option for them to be able to check papers before the final submission. That helps students to check their drafts and to be sure they are plagiarism-free.
The second reason is the subconscious plagiarism. We always recommend users to run drafts through the plagiarism detection tool before submission.
In regards to the payment, you are completely right. Our tool is free for students if a teacher sets up an account for a student. Great plagiarism checker!
I have been using the free version of Unicheck for about 4 months and have loved how accurate it has been. You get to check 500 words each time and I think 4-5 times before it cuts you off and offers you to upgrade. You can choose to purchase one of their options or wait 2 - 3 hours before you can use the free version again. I just saw that there is an option to buy the individual version and you can choose the amount of pages you will actually use. The first option is 20 pages for $5 which isn't too bad. I'm thinking about how many pages I actually want to buy. I think 100 pages for $15 is a great deal so I think that'll be the one I go with.

I liked the service
I liked the service, it's quite good. The only pity is that if you want to check a huge scale of information, you must go to a paid version, which is not cheap.

Our service is a product of a hard work of nearly a hundred specialists. We work days and nights to get a really high-quality service. Despite this, our price is still much lower than competitors. Anyway, we really appreciate your opinion.

At the beginning Customer service was great, however it became horrible
First of all i asked a question regarding a problem. The explained it to me very clear, however the instruction i followed didn't help solve the problem. When i told the customer service lady that. She didn't reply. I waited for over an hour. no reply. I did not like the quality of there customer service.
