They owe me a refund of $100!

They sent me the wrong item. I ordered an 80cm purple soft toy and they sent me a 30cm pink one. I paid over $100! No one will respond to my emails on any of their contact channels. I think they have stolen my money and will not give me a refund!

Great Customer Service

Great Customer Service!!! I made a mistake when I ordered a jacket for my daughter, I ordered it in a toddler size 6 instead of a girls size 6 which is $3.00 more. They gave me a free upsize without any additional fees. I will shop here again.

Buy at your own risk !! Irresponsible and not responsive seller

I will never recommend this site to anyone. First, there is no confirmation of purchase items upon payment,then there is no details regarding the shipping of items until I emailed the service/support team 2weeks later regarding my order. They then subsequently shipped my order. A month plus later there is no news nor receiving of parcel. Upon enquiry about my parcel, they do not bother to find out the parcel and ask me to wait endlessly. I had to call, ask the couriers and track on my parcel myself !!! After the courier confirmed my parcel is lost in transit and providing an official memo indicating is official lost , they refuse to accept my email and still ask me to wait endlessly!!! I had to keep email and message on their website many times in order to get a respond, if not there would not be any. They finally accept the fact that the parcel is lost but still ask me to wait till a dateline they set before they can refund me. Upon the dateline reached , I emailed them regarding the refund and there is no response at all. Up till now 29 June 2021 after my purchase on 04 April 2021, I am still waiting for a respond from them. I hope I can get refunded if not I take it as a money lost and lesson learned. And I hope any buyer who wish to buy from them can take my experience as a warning.

It was worth the wait

It was worth the wait. I did not know the metric system I put down the wrong size when I realized it I contacted customer service. Wonderful customer service rep named Daniel B. changed the order sent me a email that helped me relax for the holidays. This shower curtain is of good quality, bright colors looked just like the photos online, came with the hooks to hang. Thank you

Exçellent business

À few weeks ago, I’ve written a review about the fact that I didn’t received the right product that I ordered.
Uni-lovers told me to keep the « wrong » one , as an apology,and that they would send me the one I ordered in the first place.
I finally received it a few days ago!
It is important for me to let know that I am very pleased with the way Uni-lovers managed that situation.
I appreciate alot their way of doing business.

I am very happy with my decision

I spent a lot of time reading reviews of this and similar products prior to the purchase. I even borrowed another bland's that my friend's son owned.
Over all, I am very happy with my decision. This was for my two years old daugher (soon to be three) who often travels abroad with me. Size, volume, comfortableness, quality, foldable feature, color were just perfect and won her satisfaction.

-0- Stars Bad Product & Business Practices

I would give this company 0 stars if it were an option. DO NOT order anything from this overpriced non customer oriented company. As has been stated by others commenting on their experience you will not receive what they represent on their website and they will REFUSE to give an unhappy customer a refund of their money for subpar merchandise. I placed my order 12/7/20 and receipt of the order was sent by Unilovers. There was no indication that my order would not be received by Christmas 2020. Prior to Christmas, I sent 2 emails and called them twice to get a status on receipt of my order. No one answered the phone on either occasion and neither of my emails were responded to. FINALLY on 12/23/20 I receive a "my apologies" email that indicated I would not receive my order before Christmas. When the order finally arrives, the duvet cover is imprinted but NOT as represented on the website and NEITHER of the pillowcases are imprinted at all. I immediately contact Unilovers to get a return authorization and someone by the name of Helen refuses to return my money. Please pay attention to the bad reviews and DO NOT waste your time or put your trust in patronizing this company. You will be disappointed. I'm contacting the better business bureau for resolution as I am highly frustrated with their scam service.

Update: 1 year and 3 months later still NO RESOLUTION from this company. DO NOT waste your time and money because you will not get either of them back if you are unhappy with their product. They have hidden policies, so if you choose to purchase from them, you had better review everything and read between all the lines or you'll be disappointed and furious!

I have been waiting since October,2020…

I have been waiting since October,2020 with 1-2 week expectation of receipt for a non personalized comforter. I had to ask for tracking info and received an incorrect number of merchandise already delivered to IL. (I’m in TX) Then received a different tracking number but order appears to be in China PO. The dates update every 2-3 days with new dates but unsure where merchandise actually is. COVID-19 has been given as reason for delay but it’s now December 10. I’ve asked for a refund as my order appears to be lost.
They offer unusual things my granddaughter would love for me to order but I don’t trust that I would ever receive it.

I received my order and it was not…

I received my order and it was not correct. I emailed many times about my order not being correct and they kept trying to get me to take a small discount. I paid for 3 duvet covers and pillowcases all to be personalized. The pillowcases were plain. After about the 5th email of me telling them I'm not satisfied they agreed to send the 3 personalized pillowcases that was on October 8th 2020 it is now Oct 30th and I still haven't received anything about a shipment nor has anyone reached back out to me. I sent another email out on Oct 21st and they have yet to respond. My children are so unhappy about the situation and me as a paying customer not getting what I purchased. Its sad that was alot of money!! I would never purchase anything from them again and I will be calling to report them to the BBB.

I have purchased many bedding items from Unilovers for my daughter and highly recommend them. The bedding is absolutely beautiful and to be able to have this personalised is so awesome - very affordable, very efficient and highly recommended for any little or big princess.
