My experience with Undo has been outstandingly good! Great and friendly service and support after a recent theft. They helped me with every question, and processed the case super quickly and thoroughly. It is simple, cheap and easy to use the app, and you can pretty much design your own insurance.
I recommend!

I have only used the travel functionality of the insurance but that work very well. Had my wallet stolen a the trip, and wasn’t going to report it, but customer service actually contacted me to hear, if my wallet was stolen because they could see that the charge for the invoice hadn’t gone through. Great service and very simple

I've NEVER had such a fast, effective and easy insurance service. Both times I've made claims they have been processed within the same day and the claim process itself only took a few minutes and a photo of the receipt for the repairs. Can't recommend it enough!!

I want to thank the UNDO team very much - for taking good care of my insurance case. UNDO's customer service department were very quick to process and to reply to my insurance case. They managed to reply to me on the same day, as I submitted it through the app (which I did not expect). That in itself was very gratifying to experience.
I've never personally had to submit an insurance case before and I had doubts about how it would work and what to expect in terms of service, but I am positively overwhelmed with the service and support that I had today. I will definitely recommend others to use UNDO as their insurance company in the future.

A great way for an insurance company and setting best standards!

Got my bike stolen and was in app/email contact with Camilla from undo within short. She transferred the ensurance money that same day.

It was really easy to report via the app, i got a very fast, personal and positive respons from an employee called Andreas and the compensation was in my account a few days later. It was a good experience (the sad curcumstances nonetheless) :)

Very cool design, but OMG is it hard to see what the actual prices are without handing over your info, address, CPR number, blood type and DNA string (exaggerating haha).

I chose to go with something else, simply because there are so many bullsh@t pages and redirects you have to go through just to get to some actual useful information.

By all means, I really like the concept, but I think they need to work on their execution (app is full of bugs with email/login, the "rejseforsikring" CTA button links to their normal insurance, that then afterwards links back to the rejseforsikring page - what a waste of your potential customers time!)

For me home insurance is really an old-school world. It's good to have a startup on this domain to bring some fresh air.
Undo is a great choice for me. Most of the other insurance companies include a lot of services and option I don't want. With Undo you really just pick what you want and with a good price. Also, I had questions and the support service is really quick and efficient.

I am a really happy customer. Iphone back glass got broken and they fixed it within a week as it is the amount of time it takes for the partner to get a replacement. Phone even came back with brand new panzer glass.The whole process was easy and fast. Super insurance, highly recommended.
