The delivery of the goods was not… did not happen in the specified time and the refund process is not running correctly. There is still an outstanding amount and there is no feedback from US.
The delivery of the goods was not realised in the time stated on the website, which is why I had to return the goods.
The return process has now stretched over 5 weeks since my purchase because the promised purchase amount has not been transferred back. Under Sleepwear (US) said that the return would cost 10€, but they deducted 20€ from me. They did not give a reason for their action. So there is still an outstanding amount of 10€. The whole buying experience is not much fun when you have to chase your money and promises made by US are not kept. I can't recommend US if this is their way of doing business.

We are very sad to hear that you feel so disappointed with us, but actually we have always replied and explained everything to you in a very cordial manner, as you can see from the last emails sent and not replied to by you, on the 16th and 20th of June.
First of all, we apologize to you again for the delay of the carrier, but unfortunately we have no way of controlling unforeseen events. The average shipping times that we provide on our website, are estimated shipping times and are provided by the carrier itself. Therefore, shipments are normally made on the scheduled dates unless unforeseen events occur, which may have been what happened with your shipment.
Regarding the return of the items, we also inform our customers very clearly on our website that shipping costs are always borne by the customer, both shipping and return costs. As your shipment was made to Germany, each transport cost 10€, making the 20€ that were deducted from the total amount of your purchase.
We are very very sad to hear that you are not satisfied with our brand, but we are and will always be here to support and clarify all our customers!

Great service and fast delivery
I learned about undersleepwear.com through Instagram. After browsing their website, I contacted their customer support where Ana was very helpful and fast in responding to my enquiries and assisted me in choosing the right sizes. I made my order in the afternoon and the package was shipped with DHL the same day. I received the package following morning in Denmark. I can highly recommend Under Sleepwear.
