Swindler customer service at the webshop

I ordered three pair of socks at the middle of december.
One pair of them was lopsided.
One was kneesock, and the other was anklet. Both of them were approx STEEL BLUE, not exactly black.

I shot a pic about it, and after I sent an email, and long story short, I send back to the shop.

At february - monthly later - I got a review.
The customer service sent me a pic, they wrote everything was fine with this pair of socks.

But on this pic was a BLACK pair of kneesocks :D not a pair of STEEL BLUE.

So the customer service thought I'm stupid, and I couldn't even recognize the difference between the two colours.
