AMAZING service
I spoke to Jamie in customer service and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. He truly knows how to deliver excellent service and he was that good I felt the need to call back and let him know how the application Went. I've read some of the negative feedback and all I can say is...like any loan, you HAVE to make sure that you can really pay your instalments, yes, they might think you can, but ultimately it's YOU that needs to make sure you can. Crap company
Great for first time but when you go for a second one you get refused because I get paid weekly but yet you given me a loan the first time on this circumstance and it got paid back with no problems so really load of bull...they said I gave them a date when I got paid every month which is a lie as I've been paid weekly for past 8years not changed now.
Not be using this company make up rules as they go along with snotty People that work for them!!

Helpful customer service.
As fair as can be expected. Customer service was helpful and polite. Though I wouldn't ever recommend short term loans to anyone as a matter of principle, they're certainly one of the better providers.
