NEVER BUY TABLET OR LAPTOP FROM THEM. It is so unfortunate that before sending the tablet to me, they are so negligent that they didn't do PDI( Pre Delivery Inspection) of the used Tablet One Plus. The Tablet's all functions are locked (blocked) by 2 persons through their Gmail accounts. So, I requested for full refund of the money I spent and take back the Tablet But, they turned down my request So irresponsible seller.May be I will have to approach to the consumer court.

Ordered an Logitech gaming controller and received a dead on arrival / non working item. As there was a return option i requested return and item was declined to be returned !! Why? because Unboxify refuses to accept non working items which they only shipped ⁉️ This is basically a SCAM

Absolutely fraudulent website. There is NO RETURN even when the webpage mentions “7 days retunable”. I ordered an Apple TV 4K and got heavily scammed. Typical north scammers

They are frauders. I brought lenovo 5g tab from unboxify site The product does not open or work. Tab is used harshly scraches on it. Then i request to unboxify to replace it but they denied. They said go to lenovo store in warenty period. And not access to replaceble.

I had bought a SAMSUNG GALAXY TAB A9 PLUS, and has been using it for more than a month now. I am really happy with the purchase, and the decision I made to buy it from Unboxify.
At first, I was not so sure about the quality of the product, I mean, before receiving the product. But when I opened it, I saw that, it a brand new product, no visible scratches, or anything, et al.
I am really happy with the product, and would buy again from Unboxify ,whenever I feel the need. I would recommend anyone reading this "Just buy" ,the product of your wish, from Unboxify, and you won't be regretting it.

It’s not worth the trouble these guys are super unprofessional and took my Delivery address from some age old data base and when I asked them to update it m, god know for what reason they couldn’t.

Now I am speaking to some moron on their WhatsApp customer support and it’s of no use.

They first post the product at low price and after buying they say product not available for shipping so they cancel the order and place the product at a higher price in their website . Cheap guys

It's a Scam!!
It's not the unboxed products. It refurbished and repaired products. I bought a earbuds which has long used scratches and repaired earbuds. While handling it came off. When I raised the return request they answered during packing it was good and rejected to take back. Not at all recommended. Please don't buy

Contacted them multiple times to ask about the payment methods they accept. They consistently refused to answer my question, send me on hunt on their website instead. If the information was available on your website I wouldn't have had to contact them. So didn't make it to my first purchase as the bad customer service and not knowing if I would be able to pay with my international card put me off.

​I am posting this due to the complete failure to fulfill a replacement order after the faulty product was successfully collected by your logistics partner.

​The faulty unit was picked up on Dec 2nd.
1. ​I was explicitly promised a replacement within 5 to 7 business days from the pickup date.
2. ​It has now been 8 days, and the promised delivery window is severely missed.

​Unboxify is currently in possession of both my payment AND the faulty product, and has failed to deliver the replacement.

​I have received NO tracking information for the replacement shipment.
​The courier picked up the faulty unit without providing me with any formal receipt or tracking number for the return.

​Direct channels (WhatsApp/Email) have failed to provide a timely or definitive resolution.

​I DEMAND a definitive resolution within the next 24 hours.
​Required Action:

​1. Provide the valid replacement tracking number and dispatch details immediately.

​2. OR, initiate a FULL REFUND for Order ID KL23268278UN.

​Failure to resolve this issue within the stipulated time will result in an immediate formal complaint filing with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) 1800 11 4000 and the appropriate District Consumer Commission.
