Wrong description, product was Full of scratches and their support is shit Bot response only. DON'T buy products from their site better to buy refurbished phones from others.

Sent a fake dual usb apple charger. That fake apple charger caused my ipad’s cpu failure. One of the ports of the dual usb charger stopped working. The apple genius tech support also confirmed it to be fake.

Received the item in right time and in good condition. The product meets our expectations.

It was a wonderful experience. The product I received was new. You can buy unboxed products at steal away price. Delivery was timely with proper tracking information.

Don't ever trust unboxify they are scammers I ordered sony inzone G700n from this when I received them I received an defective product they are not connecting to any of my device at that same day I had complained to them about this and placed a return request and constantly seding messages to their whatsapp support they are just saying your request is under consideration and doing nothing and it has been 4 days since my 8990 is wasted

I recently purchased an HP wireless mouse from Unboxify. The delivery was smooth and arrived within 1–3 days as expected. Packaging was secure, and the product was exactly as described. The ordering process was simple, and I didn’t face any issues. Overall, a reliable experience.

I placed an order for a Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ (Order #KL23354298UN) with Unboxify on Monday, March 16 at 9:41 AM, under expedited delivery (2–4 business days). Despite repeated assurances, the product has not been delivered.

The promised 2–4 business days have now stretched to 8 business days, with no progress or updates. Customer care responses have been unhelpful, only asking me to “wait” without providing any concrete resolution or timeline.

This delay and lack of accountability is unacceptable. My demand for a refund was also met with a "wait".

Lack of service.. no toll free number to discuss about our problem and still even if we are unsatisfied with product asking for replacement, then no mail to discuss for and then comes T&C which makes customer completely dissatisfied because that’s for safety of Unboxify irrelevant for customer

The product is perfect .. definitely will give a green light .. but they sent the wrong product colour, other I’m really happy with product so far.

Received the product as described. Almost new as only the box seemed slight soiled other than that the product was new as described. Thoroughly satisfied and will shop again here.

Best experience purchased my one plus watch 2 . I will refer this website to everyone who wants to save their money and want cool accessories at best rates which no one can give

Extremely disappointed with Unboxify.
I purchased a Boat Smart Ring mainly for its step-counting feature, but the ring I received does not count steps at all. This clearly indicates the product is defective and fails to perform one of its most basic advertised functions.
I contacted Unboxify support requesting a return or replacement, but they rejected the request, leaving me stuck with a faulty device. This shows a serious lack of responsibility toward customers.
If a company refuses to help even when a product is clearly defective, it says a lot about their customer service and reliability. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from Unboxify unless you’re willing to risk wasting your money.

Took my money and hasn’t delivered the order even after 15 days. Customer support is close to non existent and trust me they are not going to help you at all
