Still waiting on new card. Customer service great though!
Would be 1 stars, but honestly customer service gets back to you quick and they've been helpful with most of my issues.
It's been a while since I've ordered my block Card/Unbanked card, and although I understand that things happen and there are glitches in a new system like this, I'm hoping that someone will read this review and hopefully explain when I'll be able to obtain my card. I'd like to support Unbanked in the US, but as of now all I can do is buy TERN and I can't do that anymore.

Unbanked makes it easy to deposit your crypto and spend it. Using their bank account allows you to have a crypto friendly bank account for purchasing crypto as well. Customer service has always been quick and helpful. I highly recommend this company.

Fraud
Rebranded from BlockCard, another scam company. They hide the fact that the product is only available in the US until after you've paid their activation fee and they've turned whatever crypto or fiat currency you use in to their worthless TERN crypto. They even let you pay a $10 fee for a card that you can't use if you're not in the US and then say it's like a savings account for people who it's not available for. I can't withdraw my funds back in to BTC, only TERN, and they keep the $10 fee even though they can't issue the card. Stay well, well away from this fraud company.

1) There is no scam or fraud here. Our company is registerred with all regulatory bodies in the US, Europe, and many other regions. We take compliance and regulation very seriously as we provide crypto friendly financial products.

5) We didn't charge you a fee or keep it, because you weren't allowed to signup. If you sent BTC, then it's like you were charged a fee for the transaction on the bitcoin blockchain, and possibly a fee from your originating wallet. For example, if you sent $100, we would only receive $90. That is how blockchains work.
