Very bad experience with Umrahme company
I would not recommend this company as I had to suffer a lot after booking the train service with them. They dont have the control to to even change the Harmain train timing on the same day as I requested to do so. It affected my entire trip to Umrah. They just make you go back andforth and do noting to fix the issue for people who come from distant places to perform Umrah/Hajj. They don't care about the struggle and the stress one goes through when things get wrong overseas. I highly recommend to go for Harmain app for any bookings rather than this company. They just get commission and that's all they want.

At the time of your booking, train timings and seat changes were fully controlled by the Haramain Train system, and unfortunately, same-day changes on sold-out or restricted trains are not permitted by the operator, regardless of the booking platform used.
That said, we genuinely appreciate your feedback. We are happy to inform you that we have recently launched a new cancellation policy, which now enables customers to cancel bookings in line with the applicable policy, offering greater flexibility and transparency going forward.

I booked 4 tickets for my family of 2…
I booked 4 Haramain express train tickets for my family of 2 adults and 2 children. At no point did the platform warn me that I may receive scattered seats, which is unheard of when booking for a family with 2 children. My children were allocated in different cabins to me, and UmrahMe refused to help me. I emailed them 7 times, and each time their response was that the ‘tickets are non-refundable’.
Their website states that Haramain railway allocates the seats, however the Haramain website itself states that children must travel with an accompanying adult. And again, UmrahMe do not state at any time that the seats allocated may be scattered.
Do NOT use this platform to book your tickets. You are way better off booking directly through the official Haramain website so you can see what seats you are booking before payment.

Regarding seat allocation, currently the Haramain Railway system (HHR) provides seats after booking is confirmed, and seat assignment is subject to availability, particularly on sold-out trains. That said, we hear your feedback clearly, and we are actively working to introduce a seat selection feature as soon as it becomes available from HHR, so customers can choose seats during booking rather than receiving assigned seats afterward.
