Umrah Companions & Funadiq Travel and Toursim
Funadiq/Umrah Companions accepted full payment for accommodation that was ultimately not provided. Upon raising this matter, I was told a refund had been initiated—however, six days later, no representative from the company has reached out to collect the necessary banking details to process said refund.
It is difficult to understand how a refund can be in progress without the most basic step of obtaining the recipient's banking information. This raises legitimate concerns about the company's processes and accountability.
The failure to deliver the agreed service has resulted in significant financial loss on my part, with a considerable negative impact on my finances. Paying for a service that is not rendered, followed by an unsubstantiated refund claim, is not an acceptable standard of business practice. I hope this review assists others in making an informed decision.
