Am only given 3 stars because of communication error please communicate if not in stock and roughly times scales other than that I have finally received my second suit. The clothes are beautiful exactly how it is shown in pic

I ordered clothes through Tik Tok and the package was never delivered. I asked Umnaa Official.to help in the matter as Tik Tok were not doing anything for them £99 may be nothing but for me it is a lot if money. Umnaa promised they would.look in tonit if I emailed them it has been 2 weeks and 3 emails still no response. This is poor customer service and support for people who buy off them. Just want to say be careful of ordering if they use relay as the courier company as they are not reliable.

Great customer service i had to send an outfit back but got exchanged it fits perfectly happy with both outfits material is beautiful love the outfits cant wait to wear them

The suit was lovely. No issues. But I ordered next day delivery on Monday 28 April and got an email to say its delayed by 2-3 days. Ok so I waited. Then I emailed and it took 5 days for them to reply theres still a delay. Again I emailed after waiting and nothing. So Communication 1 star. Delivery time 1 star. Finally received order 7 May.

Hello, I honestly can’t understand how and why your business is still running, or shall I say a mere fraud. I can’t believe I paid extra for a suit and it came ripped that on its own is just unfair. Then to top it off when we told you about it you blamed it on me even when I was trying to re-assure you we didn't do anything. Then we even returned it that alone we had to travel from Bradford to Derby to return it and yet we still returned it. you’ve robbed us of £39. I honestly don't understand what this business. It is an absolute fraud. Now your team or person has blocked my number and TikTok account? Seriously the lack of responsibility and accountability is baffling. This website needs to sort out their business, or lack thereof.
