Do not go to this dentist! They are disrespectful and highly unprofessional. I went for a teeth cleaning, received good results (no cavities, teeth in great condition) but I needed to replace some bonding material behind two of my lower front teeth. The technician did this, and I paid the bill and left. Two days later while eating, the bonding broke apart. I called the dentist and returned for them to correct their work. A day later, the bonding came undone again. I called and scheduled a return visit. They canceled the appointment on the same day I was supposed to come. We rescheduled, they canceled again. We rescheduled, they canceled again !! I have all of this documented including their calls. Trying to stay positive, I rescheduled again and today (July 8) as I am on my way to the dentist, she called to reschedule the appointment!!! Flabbergasted, I demanded to be seen. She then tried telling me I was the one who got the dates wrong. All of this is documented. This is a dentist who does NOT stand by their work. They have not corrected THEIR SHODDY work and they don’t care. I am still so surprised that a professional dentist can treat customers with such disdain (and this isn’t a new issue, the appointment was to correct their simple procedure!). Stay away from this dentist.

Non andate da questo dentista! Sono irrispettosi e altamente poco professionali. Sono andato a fare una pulizia dei denti, ho ottenuto buoni risultati (nessuna carie, denti in ottime condizioni), ma dovevo sostituire del materiale adesivo dietro due dei miei denti anteriori inferiori. L'odontotecnico ha fatto questo, ho pagato il conto e me ne sono andato. Due giorni dopo, mentre mangiavo, l'adesivo si è rotto. Ho chiamato il dentista e sono tornato per fargli correggere il lavoro. Il giorno dopo, l'adesivo si è di nuovo staccato. Ho chiamato e ho fissato una visita di ritorno. Hanno annullato l'appuntamento lo stesso giorno in cui avrei dovuto venire. Abbiamo riprogrammato, hanno annullato di nuovo. Abbiamo riprogrammato, hanno annullato di nuovo!! Ho tutto questo documentato, comprese le loro chiamate. Cercando di rimanere positivo, ho riprogrammato di nuovo e oggi (8 luglio), mentre stavo andando dal dentista, ha chiamato per riprogrammare l'appuntamento!!! Sbalordito, ho preteso di essere visitato. Poi ha cercato di dirmi che ero io quello che aveva sbagliato le date. Tutto questo è documentato. Questo è un dentista che NON è responsabile del proprio lavoro. Non ha corretto il SUO lavoro SCADENTE e non gliene importa niente. Sono ancora così sorpreso che un dentista professionista possa trattare i clienti con tanto disprezzo (e questo non è un problema nuovo, l'appuntamento era per correggere una semplice procedura!). State alla larga da questo dentista.
