Umbrella products are great and work very well, with step by step training. What makes them outstanding is that they provide excellent timely support by understanding the request and as anything more is needed they reply again in a timely manner to resolve the query. One dashboard for all the products helps keeping things in order. Juan was very helpful and supportive. All the team are very good like Rafi as well.
I am going through unforseen health issues and unable to actively participate. Umbrellaus Support were very understanding and we have come to an amicable arrangement on fees until I have recovered.

Rafael Eri, Chief Growth Strategist & Business Consultant, in particular really took care of me during the orientation and he is still coming through for me when I run into issues. I had high hopes when I purchased the SPO product, believing it would help my website rank for keywords and autocomplete terms. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from what was promised.
I initially learned about umbrellaus.com through unsolicited emails, which led me to book an introductory session that never occurred. My attempts to reach out received no response, which already set a concerning tone. As the emails kept coming, emphasizing that their service would outperform any competitor, I finally decided to get in touch. Though I expressed that I wasn’t interested in setting up a business that would resell SEO services and the alike, I was assured that I could utilize the product for my own needs. Trusting their response, I made the purchase and awaited the login details.
Once I gained access, I found the process of following the video instructions to be labor-intensive, and many of the videos were outdated. This led me to contact their support team, and while they were responsive, it left me feeling uncertain about the overall reliability of the product.
Setting up my account raised red flags—particularly the request to provide access to Google and Bing webmaster tools under the guise of assessing my site's rankings. The process of selecting key terms and the timeline promised seemed overly optimistic, especially with their claim that it would only take a few days.
I encountered more complications while creating a contract as the client and paid a nominal setup fee. Although they mentioned a money-back guarantee, I never received confirmation of anything as either the user or the client. When I attempted to request a refund, I was met with vague responses and an extension of the guarantee period, rather than a straightforward resolution.
Despite my efforts to navigate through their system and obtain a refund, I faced continuous delays in communication. I completed their refund request form multiple times, but I received little acknowledgement. My latest correspondence was met with a response about search quotes for the end of the month, without addressing my refund request.
To date, I’ve found no evidence that the service delivered any clicks or autocompleted results as promised. My current two-star rating is solely for the support staff's initial responsiveness and the extended guarantee they offered.
As it stands, I am still waiting for my refund. If I do not receive it soon, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to my credit card company, as it is clear that the product did not meet the terms of the refund guarantee. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.
