If you ever run into any issues with your order, you have been warned they will NOT help you. The customer service is really something else. They will gaslight your complaint and take days to respond intentionally waiting until 30 days pass where they stop responding. This is the worst online company.

I DO NOT RECOMMNEND GALTECH TO ANYONE.

My poor grandfather was fooled by Galtech’s friendly, legitimate-looking website. Now he’s stuck with over $1,000 worth of junk from this shady company that sells overpriced, low-quality products.

Prompt service and delivery of a replacement rib.

I have a pleasant sized courtyard at my condominium. I ordered two half market umbrellas for the space. Delivery was quick, however I was sent the wrong base type for the umbrellas. I contacted Umbrella Specialist with the online form and the correction was handled rapidly. I have my umbrellas up now and they are perfect for my space. The smaller size will allow me to easily store for the winter months.

There was no tracking information until I reached out after couple weeks. I also was not explained that i need to hire a service to assist with assembly of my umbrella.

Customer service called to confirm details of order before shipment which reduced the possibility of an inaccurate order, web page was easy to use for the order and the shipment came quickly. Couldn't have asked for more.

The Bambrella umbrella is an excellent product and my service was excellent. Very knowledgeable and a high quality product. Overall a very good experience. I would highly recommend Umbrella Specialist.
