I have a discontinued product, DMX6Fire USB that remains the best 5.1 surround sound addition to a PC that you can buy. Forced to doing a clean install on my PC I could not get the software to run even though it installed. Support linked me to an older version that worked. The response to my enquire was within 7 hours. Amazing.
