Great service, amazing products!

Excellent! Had a defect on a screen protector, after getting in touch they apologised and sent out a replacement straight away. Would 100% use again

Placed order on 9th December and didn’t receive anything. Iv sent several emails asking for a refund or replacement and to update on what’s happening and I just got one reply, it was delivered on 17th December. I’m upset as I choose to use support small family business but I definitely made the wrong choice!

Delivery was quick, the materials had high quality, they replied fast when I had an issue for a second purchase.

I ordered a pair of screen protectors for my nothing phone 3a and it was miles past the due date, I emailed the from their website and directly to their email and I received nothing, I checked my order and it said completed yet I had no package, I ended up contacting my bank and I was refunded the next working day, overall a horrible experience DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

At a complete loss now with this company. Originally ordered a product on 5th September, now 3 months later I'm still awaiting it.
Initially they sent me someone else's product after 11 days, including the full details for that customer.
After 3 chasers I then get a response saying it will be delivered mid October. Nothing...
I then chase again after another month, no response.
Genuinely awful, but also feel stuck now as they simply don't respond so no way to resolve!
Avoid .....

I made a purchase with them and they charged me twice because apparently first payment failed. Then they sent me the wrong skin for my phone and i have now request a return but they never respond to online forms or my emails. They must provide return labels due to it being a error on their part and in their terms.
I don't like leaving reviews but on this occasion I feel I must warn others.
No customer service and a nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

I simply wouldn’t own a Mac without one of these skins. They’re easy to fit and provide excellent protection. Delivery is fast, and whenever I’ve had a question, I’ve always received a prompt response, both before and after purchasing.

I only wish every e-commerce company were this good!

I ordered a skin from here, description said 3/5 days it's not 3 weeks it hasn't come. I've tried contacted they haven't had the decency to respond to my emails. What a waste of money this was don't recommend at all.

Amazing quality skins, finally found a uk company who can rival the big wrap companies. Even had a skin get lost in the post and customer service was quick to get back to me and get a replacement ordered. Would highly recommend and will be buying from here going forward 10/10

Terrible experience, ordered on 13/09. No response from company except they say it is shipped but the postal service is not in possession of the package. After numerous complaints I request a refund but they simply do not reply. Do not buy here from Europe.

Update after 3 months:
I made numerous attempts at cancellation and refund they do not reply to mails and now I can call them thieves. They gladly accepted my 100€. If I could I would rate 0 stars.

We're now 4th October. No item. No response.

Poor form

EDIT - 6 months later. It never did arrive and I never got a response.

Placed an order and noticed my Google pay added a different shipping address. Contacted support and this was swiftly corrected. Can't wait to receive the skins for my new phone !!! Thanks guys

Returned an item, which it was agreed a refund would be provided. Since this time which is over three weeks , no refund, won't reply to any emails. Wanted to like the company, and use it as my go to for these types of items.

I've ordered from Ultra Skins multiple times now, and I am always really happy with the service they provide. Their products are great quality, and I'll be back for more in future!

After sending me the wrong product, the team was super responsive and efficient! The issue was fixed in no time, and the product is perfect :)

I ordered a OnePlus 13S skin, but received the one for 13. I contacted their customer service, and the sent a replacement immediately. I'll definitely buy from them again. Great team!

I have used Ulta Skins for almost 2 years now and every request for bespoke skins have been accommodated, processed and delivered in great time.

Ordered switch 2 skins, delivery takes too long and when it arrived they were the cutouts that were not ordered. They hardly reply if you have any enquiries. I contacted them again but still no reply. Would not recommend
