Some would say a lifesaver, for me a timesaver!!!
I have used this app a few times. The first time, I had over 20 audios to transcribe and translate. The app helped me optimized my time as it would do an initial transcript and I would only have to QC and make changes. It also transcribed both Spanish and English, as I had multiple conversations that migrated from one language to the other.
I used it again after a few months to assist me transcribe 2 audio recordings, and to my surprise it has added a professional option that separates each speaker making it easier to identify who is who.
This app has saved me hours! I can't be happier about it.
The app is really accurate, but you still need to do some quality control to make sure it didn't miss anything or that it identified the correct speaker every time.
A 5 out 5 for sure!
