I bought from UltraFlex in July 2025 specifically because of the warranty — big mistake.

Within 6 months, I could already feel the springs poking through, despite properly rotating it as recommended. That alone is unacceptable for something that’s supposed to last years, not months.

What’s worse is the complete nightmare dealing with their warranty department. I’ve been fighting with them since December 2025, sending follow-ups after follow-ups that were either ignored or brushed off. Zero accountability. Zero urgency. Just silence and excuses.

They advertise a warranty to give you peace of mind, but when you actually need it, they don’t stand behind their product. It feels like a scam — sell a low-quality mattress and then dodge responsibility when it fails.

Save your money and your sanity. Do NOT buy from Ultra Flex.
