They fix problems in a timely manner. Overall ecperience has been great. Only "complaint" I may have is that documentation for a lot of the apps I use are out of date and made it difficult for a n00b like me. However, I have learned a lot in the 6 months I've been a customer of UltraCC. Solid company.

These guys are amazing. Their customer service is incredible, they reply in minutes, and their products are very complete and reliable. The management consule is super easy to use and you have a ton of apps you can install. There is nothing to complain about, abolutely great.
