5 star service provider and customer service without any hidden bs like some service providers have and reliable performance from paid service. This has been the best EU provider so far for the price range and i've started using these kind of services over 20 years ago. They have connections to US/Canada and Asia also that might be as good as EU servers and if so that's great!

Excellent service for the price. Any time I have had an issue whether it be minor or complicated, the staff at Ultra always get back to me within minutes of my ticket request. The sheer amount of plugins you can integrate within the service is very helpful and they have a plethora of easy to understand guides to help you along the way; they were invaluable to me starting out and I would not hesitate to recommend Ultra to anyone.

What can I say the service has always been faultless and reliable. I have been using them for a number of years now.
I have tried out different companies.
In which I have had a variety of issues with, plugins not working or not updated enough to even migrating, service speed etc.

The support here go out of the way to help you and explain what they are going to do and are quick to reply back to any queries you may have.

I requested to migrate to a different service which was cheaper than what I was paying previously though it had the same specs and quota. The communication was fantastic and it was sorted out really quickly.
