We came across Heidi from Ultimate Global Escapes by chance on a FB group when she replied to one of our queries. We subsequently bombarded her with questions and requests and she delivered on everything usually the same day or next at the latest.
We ended up booking two holidays with flights, hotels and dates exactly as we wanted.
She also went the extra mile in securing room upgrades, booking seats on the plane, airport parking and airport lounges.
We would not hesitate on using her again and 💯 definitely recommend her professional service.
