Efficient service

Unable to add the logo requested to the car mats that I ordered the sales team were quickly in touch to apologise and explain the copyright issue.
I submitted a new request and with in days my new car mats arrived.
Good quality product and efficient service at a competitive price

Impressed with the product..

Overall I have been impressed with ulitmatecarmats, the two sets that I purchased have been very good, well made and come through in a god time scale. Even got a phone call regarding one set, that to me is good customer service

crap customer service

Bought a set of mats from this firm. The " professional " embroidery was put on wrong side of mats , facing wrong way. When I contacted company they did not want to know. Be very wary of this firm.

Peter, for some reason all of your replies to our request for photos were moved to our junk email folder. Now we have located them we have put a replacement set of mats into production. We did repeatedly request images so hopefully it's clear we were interested in resolving the issue. We don't need you to return the faulty ones and the replacements should be with you in about a week from now.

Faulty car mats - no response to emails

A fault appeared on one of my 'luxury' car mats within a couple of weeks of receiving them. I accept that issues can arise and asked Ultimate Car Mats how they could rectify the matter. After three weeks and three emails I still have no acknowledgement from UCM and no resolution therefore I cannot give a higher rating or a recommendation to buy from them. I was unable to find a telephone number on their site in order to make contact. I'd suggest checking their complaints policy and contact details before you buy to avoid disappointment.
Updated 8th July. Following the response from UCM I forwarded photos of the damaged mats as requested. No response to this. Further note sent 29th June via their website, response stated that the query had been put into their faults system 3 weeks earlier and was being chased up with the factory. As of today no further response!

It’s the wrong one

It’s finally been delivered but it’s for the old style 820 when I ordered one for a new style 828
