I completely agree with many other reviewers here — my experience was almost identical.
I ordered a VPS Basic plan and was generally satisfied with performance — good speed, decent network, no technical issues at all.
But the real problem began when I contacted support to add a simple reverse DNS (PTR) record.
Their official documentation says that PTR records can be set by contacting support, yet the support team refused, mixing it up with the port 25 restriction.
They kept repeating that PTR is “not available on plans where port 25 is blocked”, even though I clearly explained (twice) that I don’t need email or port 25, and that I only needed PTR for authentication between my servers.
Each reply I received looked like a copy-paste message — nobody actually read my request.
The responses were inconsistent with their own anti-spam policy and FAQ, which say nothing about PTR being limited.
Finally, I decided to cancel the service and request a refund, which was processed quickly — but only because I insisted.
It’s disappointing that such a simple request turned into a frustrating loop of robotic answers and contradictions.
