Unprofessional and unhelpful
If you go with this company, you get a single point of contact to help you.
If youre just looking to ship something and know what to expect its good and helpful.
But if you have any query beyond that, theyre very unprofessional.
I mentioned i was worried someone might steal the package and ask how many people would inspect it. As the value of the package is over £900. (Which i understand can be interpreted to be suspicious) .
And rather than being helpful, or giving me any guarantees about their conduct or vetting procedures, this guy just asked for pictures and ultimately accused me of crimes (wanting to smuggle something)
Very very unprofesional. And unhelpful.
Use a different company, this one cant be trusted and act like children.
Note: I only experienced one member of their team. Perhaps the others are better, but not optimistic.
