Is their website shut down?! I can’t even access it anymore.

I did not receive my order, the company do not respond to emails promptly. I waited a week for a response to my email. They replied saying there’s nothing they can do about me not receiving my order as it says Amazon delivered it. Looks like this happens a lot from just reading some other reviews seems like they just take peoples money.

I have sent 13 emails over the past 4 weeks.I have not received my order.
I feel ignored. No one has contacted me. They took my money. I’ve tried everything to contact them.I’m tired by getting no response. I don’t know we’re to turn too.
Please can someone help me. Unexpectable, I’m desperate to contact this company ukteethwhiterning

Ordered Philips Zoom teeth whitening gel in Feb 2023 and it arrived quickly. However, the expiry date of the syringes were Jan 2023.
I went ahead and used it, teeth were a couple of shades whiter but after a couple of months, the brightness started to wear off. Shame!
I would make sure you check the expiry date of the product.

I regret to inform you that my experience with UK Teeth Whitening has been extremely disappointing. I ordered an item from their website on April 3, 2023, and paid for it, but unfortunately, I never received my order. Despite my repeated attempts to contact their customer service, I have not received any response. I first contacted them on April 5th via their website form and email, and followed up with a second attempt on April 11th via email and April 12th via website form. I sent a third email on April 14th, but still received no response. I also left a review on their website on the same day, but my review was never published. It is unfortunate that they claim to have replied. I strongly advise everyone to avoid purchasing anything from them as you will lose your money.

Have ordered several times from this company. The only place online where you can buy safe reputably branded products in the UK (to my knowledge anyway!). Last used the crest whitening steps about a year ago and people are still commenting on how white my teeth look. About to buy some more so I can give myself a little top up.

I have been using these strips for around 8 years. Before this I have tried everything but nothing worked. Best strips ever but also the company. I have bought from a number of companies before but this company is the best!!! I wouldn’t trust anyone else to purchase from. I constantly get compliments on my teeth so I always mention what and who I purchase from.

I ordered 2 days ago and my gels came today. Amazing delivery as they came so fast, so happy with this company!! I haven’t used yet as I still have my braces on but they aren’t damaged as some reviews say.

Ordering is so easy, products are fresh and arrive well protected. Delivery is really quick, arrives within a couple of days from ordering. Also, from start to Finnish, you are kept up to date at all times and are informed when your goods have been despatched to when your goods will be delivered. Amazing, thank you.

Quick delivery but the product has shown no results.

Extremely fast delivery, been using opalescence for 20 years now, but thought I'd try 35% instead of 16% and I'm only 2 days into my 8 day session and my teeth have never looked so white with zero sensitivity, will be re ordering when I need a top up

I have been using these whitening strips for years , they are excellent . People always comment on how white my teeth are. Best to do a box first then you can buy as top ups

Philips zoom teeth whitening day product is great, delivery times fair price good, my problem is the product has less than 3 months until expiration! When I’ve purchased from other companies it’s at least 6 months. Contacted customer service but said they don’t mention it on website unless less than 2 months. I use this product gradually as sensitive teeth but have never had such a short expiry date

The product didn’t show up and Lisa from customer service was very helpful and sent out a replacement straight away!

Have not received my order nor have I got any response! Company is a total scam!
