UK Table Tennis advertise on Amazon stating free delivery to Amazon Prime members but do not state that they will not deliver tables to Northern Ireland.
During a difficult telephone call they repeatedly blamed Amazon, said Amazon were difficult to deal with and then suggested I take up the matter with Amazon. At no stage did they say they would correct their information with Amazon.
Can I respectfully suggest you change your name since you are not prepared to serve all of the UK and amend your entries on Amazon and your own web site to clearly state that you do not ship to Northern Ireland.

Started of pleasant but ended up a dreadful experience. Additional charges applied to ship the item direct from Italy to N.Ireland - which I accepted. Then received a call to say an additional 22% would be applied by the Italian manufacturer - even though N.Ireland is part of the UK. John was unwilling to go back to the manufacturer and point out that N.Ireland is in the UK. Conversation became unpleasant. Avoid unless you want to spend your time making a claim for a refund

I bought one of this companies top end table tennis tables in April for my grandson paying the best part of £1,000 pounds so that he could practise alone or with others. I bought it because of lock down and he needed to practise. its a sport he loves and wants to improve at having joined a club. He couldn't attend due to the pandemic.
It arrived on time and all parts were present however having checked and double checked the video of assembly instructions several times we hit on a problem.

Due to lockdown the company were unable to help but today September 2nd Two technitions came out to the house fixed the issue with the fitting The table is now perfect and able to be used and enjoyed for years to come. We are really pleased and would recommend this company to others
