Absolutely shocking customer service I would advise everyone to stay away from ordering or order 3 months in advance if you want to guarantee it to arrive in time. I placed an order 3 weeks ago and have received nothing other than an order confirmation email no even dispatch email. There is no way to even contact someone about more information, there’s no phone number, the live chat they say is there doesn’t exist it’s just a bot who sends you to a link to fill out a form for a response. I’ve filled out this 3 separate times and have got no response but yet keep getting automated responses from them asking do I still need help as my request has been in so long, obviously I do because I’ve yet to get a response!! Just do not order anything if you need it for a certain time frame for a gift etc because that’s what this was for someone else and there’s no way it will arrive in time even though I ordered it way in advance to ensure it would come. Extremely disappointing.

Ordered a Christmas present in late November that still hasn't arrived... it's January!

I strongly advise against buying from this 'store' I've only had one email in the six weeks I've waited for my item, a feeble reply to an email I sent asking where my purchase was.

Not the right way to do business and a damaging association for Mr Kennedy.

Always good quality stuff, fast shipping. No tracking number :/ Got a little problem with my order, an item is missing, hope the good customer service can help
