Puzzle has done two smaller removals for me recently. Each time the job was done well, staff were courteous and efficient. I would use them again

The team helping us move were absolutely fantastic. We moved a very full two bedroom house with all of our own furniture from Greenwich to Kentish Town. UK Puzzle Removals were very professional and efficient and incredibly accommodating. I had underestimated how much furniture and how many boxes I was moving and the team were happy to take the extra items. They also helped guide us on which furniture items needed to be disassembled further for a safe move and all our furniture arrived without any damage. They had come prepared with blankets to transport glass cabinets and a TV along with straps to hold the heavy items in place.

If I ever need a move again I know who to call - they made a stressful day much easier with their attitude, professionalism and helpfulness.

I can't recommend Vaidas at UK Puzzle Removals more highly! My move was super stressful but he kept his cool throughout and bent over backwards to make things work. He was completely unfazed as things kept changing and problems presented themselves and I am so grateful to him and his team. I literally don't think I would have been able to move without him!

The team were everything I could have asked for! So much so that I’ve used them twice. They are very speedy and considerate of your personal belongings. I would highly recommend.

Vaidas moved my me from south London to north of the M25, flat to new house. Extremely punctual, efficient and friendly. Reasonable and fair prices.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Vaidas and his team to help my parents move out of their home during a major renovation, and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment they arrived, they exuded professionalism, calmness, and efficiency, making what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth and hassle-free.

They expertly managed the daunting task of moving all our belongings from the house to a temporary 4th-floor flat (which had no lift access). They handled everything with great care, ensuring that even our most delicate items were securely packed and transported without a scratch and disassembled and reassembled beds professionally.

After the renovation was complete, the same team returned to move my parents back into their home.

Vaidas and team are absolute machines. No complaints, and the speed at which they work is something else. Everything delivered smoothly and safely, plus additional services (furniture build) carried out to the letter. Very highly recommended.

Vaidas has been moving me and my ever growing pile of stuff for at least a decade now, whenever I’m moving I give him a call, I’ve recommended him and his team to many of my friends and I would be happy to again. Always professional, fast, competitive prices and a pleasure to be around. Last time (and hopefully the last for a while now that I’ve bought a house) I asked him to pack everything up for me, while I wasn’t even there! They sorted everything out for me, labelled everything and got it here in one piece. Absolute dude! Don’t waste your time calling anyone else! If he’s not available on the date you had planned I recommend you wait wait until he is!

Trusted movers, they did a great job of getting everything to my storage unit safely and now lining up using them to collect everything in the unit to move in to my new house, very respectful and efficient.

Hello. We hired UK Puzzle removals to help us move from E1 to West London in 2023. The communication with the company a few days before the move was fairly brief and on-point, but this can be expected given a large amount of manual work these guys do (there's no secretary to chit-chat with you on Whatsapp all day but this means you are getting service at reasonable price and not paying overhead costs).
On the day of the move, we scheduled a pickup slot, and a very large van arrived on time, with a chief manager of the company (Vaidas) and an assistant. Unfortunately we had some last-minute increase in boxes (my advice: multiply the number of boxes you plan to pack by 3x in the beginning and 1.5x a day before the move!) which Vaidas was able to just about fit into the truck and he accommodated it at reasonable added cost. Our move was as quick as could be and was done professionally, with no damage to either the belongings, or the properties. We moved a large upright piano as well.

I’ve hired Vaidas at this company already twice and can highly recommend their service. My furniture was stored in the best secure way and delicate items were wrapped around with fabrics to avoid scratches. They also transferred everything carefully through the staircase so that no damages would occur at my new property.
They offer a fantastic price and are incredibly fast to load and unload.
I will hire them now a third time for a quick collection :)

We used Vaidas and his team at Puzzle in our complicated house move downsizing our house and moving furniture to several other locations. He and his team always take complete care of our items. Nothing was broken or misplaced. They went out of their way to take our sofa apart so we could get it into our house. Nothing was too much. We need to move again in the new year and we will be calling upon their services once more. Recommend 100%

Hello Everyone thank you for letting me write this great experience I have been using Vaidas and his great colleague for all my home moves so far too date both guy's are just absolutely outstandingly excellent great workers and very much committed in getting everything done in a very safe caring manner there both professionalism in moving and removal off all items from one home too a other home has been a amazing journey with myself I'm so very happy that everything was taken care off with great patience's with understanding off each and every items boxes equipment putting onto the vehicle very carefully Vaidas and is colleague I found both too be just amazingly fabulous in there manner professionalism with humble quality care services too myself they have been working very hard for me and i cannot say enough about both off them I have appreciated with great pleasure and humbleness from my heart and soul in all there services efforts and journey I like too say this too everyone no matter what is the costs or expensive with Vaidas and his company I will never ever want too go else where again in our journey to different parts of the UK together I have made a great friends with both of them I believe in there services as to be just outstandingly excellent high standards with amazing Pasion I'm so very happy and will never need anyone else in my home moves again Vaidas and your fabulous colleague thank you very very much from my heart and soul for your help and support to me may good bless both of you okay Kuldip.
