I've booked a junior paintball experience for my son and his friends for his 12th Birthday and although we are yet to do the actual paintballing my experience in booking through Luis was simple, informative and efficient! Really appreciate his service.

Andrew was fantastic. He made the booking process slick and easy. I went from talking to the A.I. assistant the night before (which was excellent) to Andrew the next day and only took a few minutes and everything was done. Im really looking forward to the event but what a great start by making the booking proces such a breeze. Thanks again Andrew 👍

Called up today spoken to Luis he made everything so simple and straightforward. 5 mins and all booked in for a party of 6 teenagers. Very polite and professional. Thank you.

Not a company to trust!
I booked with an agent on WhatsApp, at no point was I told that there would be an additional charge of £27.50 p/h for the paintballs. Only £9.99 per child for a party, plus food on the day. I have cancelled on receiving an email this morning from paintball uk with the additional cost info. I thought there was an error.

The company need to be far more transparent if using agents to arrange their events & parties - surely direct contact with a booking agent this should mitigate the need for customers to scrupulously read through their terms.

Booked a low impact Paintball party for my 10 year old. Andrew made the booking process very easy and the communication was great.

Overall experience is very good. Friendly staff from the beginning and special thanks to Andrew, the online customer service staff who is really helpful and friendly.

Our group of kids had a good time at Skirmish Paintball, however we are reluctant to recommend it and doubt we would visit again. Firstly, at the time of booking we paid £9.99 per child believing this to be the full price, so I was shocked to receive an email a few days prior advising I had a balance of £200 due. This is not very clear on booking and I was very confused by this extra charge considering we chose this over Bassets Pole purely for the price.

Secondly, access to the site was surprisingly difficult - we took several wrong turns. The Wolverhampton site is located in a field, over 1.5 miles from the main road which added 10mins onto our journey (we didn't see any mention of this on the website). Getting there requires navigating dirt tracks and numerous, very large potholes!

Thirdly, our session started over 30mins later than expected, due to another party arriving late, which reduced the kids playing time significantly. Closer to 1.5 hrs rather than the 3hrs advertised.

There was also a lack of instruction on distributing paintball pellets to our group of very enthusiastic 14 year olds (we were only told to empty them into a box after the kids had ripped open the bags and lost a lot of pellets on the floor).

Finally, the site is rather tired with limited facilities (only one portaloo for the whole site!) and very little on offer in the way of snacks, although luckily we brought our own.

Whilst the kids had a great time, most of the pellets they fired didn't splatter any paint (?) and sadly it wasn't much fun for the parents - we ended up staying in the car for 3 hours keep warm.

Staff were pleasant and do their best but a lot of improvements needed to the booking system and site itself.

Awful booking service - promised ring back to confirm. Never did and then found no booking. Vouchers a waste of time - don’t be fooled by half day and whole day vouchers. Couldn’t book at my local centre due to having the ‘wrong vouchers’. Paid up front for paintballs to find out later that the centre only had us down for ‘free’ 100 paintballs for game 7. No record or receipt given. Expect to spend at least £100 per person for a full days paintballs.

Needed to change location on the booking. Sent an email. Response was fast and very helpful and easily transferred the booking over to a new location without issue. Great customer service.
